BLAS EGEA (MADRID, 1981) IS A DOCUMENTARY AND TV FILM MAKER WHO STARTED IN THE AUDIOVISUAL MEDIA AS A SOUND DESIGNER IN SEVERAL TV SERIES (RED EAGLE) AND IN FEATURE FILMS (BLACK DIAMONDS, DIR. MIGUEL ALCANTUD).
For eight years he has been developing as a director on The Pedalier films and is an executive producer on IGLOO films for advertising. Among his works as director and screenwriter, the two documentaries MONDAY and HEADHACKERS currently in post-production stand out. His first feature film will be an international comedy set in the world of Colombian drug trafficking and will be filmed between Madrid and Cartagena de Indias.
Blas has just finished shooting the short film REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED as director and original idea and is part of the team that writes the TV series based on the short film, which is in the development phase.
